Your pension certificate provides in-depth information about your personal occupational pension – but it contains so many numbers that it’s easy to get confused. You can find a simple explanation of your pension certificate here on our website so you are always perfectly informed about your contributions and benefits relating to your pension fund solution.

Your pension plan and certificate will solely be accessible via ePlix from 2024 onwards. This not only reduces the amount of paper we use, it also enables you to access your current pension data at all times.

Register now in just a few steps:

1. Open the ePlix registration page
2. Have your identity document ready (e.g. passport, ID, driving licence, etc.)
3. Have your social security number ready (can be found on your health insurance card)
4. ... and get started!

You can request a cash payout or transfer when you move abroad or become self-employed, in the event of a death or early / deferred retirement, if the assets held by the pension fund are of an insignificant amount, or when you transfer your assets to a vested benefits account. To do so, use the following request form:
