The Federal Council has decided on adjustments to contributions, supplementary benefits and mandatory occupational pensions that will take effect on 1 January 2021.


Increase in old-age and survivors’ insurance (OASI) and invalidity insurance (II) pensions

In addition to the adjustments affecting mandatory occupational pensions, the old-age and survivors’ insurance (OASI) and invalidity insurance (II) pensions will also be slightly higher effective 1 January 2021 to reflect current price and salary developments: the new minimum OASI/II pension will be CHF 1,195.00 per month. Adjustments are also being made to contributions and supplementary benefits.
